History will absolve the Palestinians. One day these crimes will be stopped. I’m sure of that because these are great sins being committed by Israel.  Good always triumphs in the end, yet the time horizons maybe long. There’s no reason to be complacent. Injustices have a habit of digging into regularity. Oddly enough the injustices… [Read more…]

Awhile ago I spoke with Shanad Arshamansab of the Palestinian Solidarity Committee at UT about the current state of the peace process in the Holy Land. Where three religions meet, a war is being waged of guns versus stones. Despite what you heard the vast majority of Palestinians defend themselves by throwing rocks, and sometimes… [Read more…]

speak

I have come to believe over and over again that what is most important to me must be spoken, made verbal and shared, even at the risk of having it bruised or misunderstood. That the speaking profits me, beyond any other effect. I was forced to look upon myself and my living with a harsh… [Read more…]

To see the universal and …

To see the universal and all-pervading Spirit of Truth face to face one must be able to love the meanest of creation as oneself. And a man who aspires after that cannot afford to keep out of any field of life. That is why my devotion to Truth has drawn me into the field of politics' and I can say without the slightest hesitation, and yet in all humility, that those who say that religion has nothing to do with politics do not know what religion means. Identification with everything that lives is impossible without self-purification; without self-purification the observance of the law of Ahimsa (Non-violence) must remain an empty dream; God can never be realized by one who is not pure of heart. Self-purification therefore must mean purification in all the walks of life. And purification being highly infectious, purification of oneself necessarily leads to the purification of one's surroundings.

American Hubris

The reason CNN, FOX, BBC etc are so incredibly boring and soulless is because they DONT REPORT what’s actually happening. There are protests developing all over the world, and all that we see in the news is the European Debt crisis and an earthquake in Turkey that’s killed less than 300 people (No offense to… [Read more…]
